If you are an adult with cognitive impairments or a person who needs extra support, please choose "Service User". This will help us set up your account with the right level of care.
If you are someone who provides direct care and assistance, please choose "Carer". This option is for those who help manage the daily needs of a Service User.
If you are a family member or guardian of a vulnerable adult already using the CarePouch service, please select "Tertiary User". This role is for people who help oversee or support the care process.
Choosing the correct User Role ensures we can provide you with the best experience and support as you start using CarePouch.
